“Easy and fun”

You will only need two measurements (waist and skirt length), and it is SOOO easy that even a novice can create one!! You'll want one for every holiday and season! You can even vary the look by adding various trims, appliqués, or serged rolled hems.

This ebook will also teach you how to install a sewn in no-roll elastic waist! No more hassle with having the elastic fold and roll around inside a casing! This technique can be used for waistbands of leggings and pants as well!
