Pant-A-Loooons Soft Toy Pattern
Description
Theyʼre wacky, silly, funny Pant-A-Loooons! Thereʼs one for everyone – a sweet guy to cuddle, a
hairy or a bumpy guy for some texture fun, a silly ribbon pants for your favorite silly pants, a loveable
bear and a kind kitty. Babies will love these loony guys. They have sturdy legs to hold onto, a big
face to goob and, infinite play possibilities! Try adding a jingle bell to make a rattle. Made from
adorable cotton wovens and wool or wool blend felt, these guys are strong to outlast voracious
babies and enthusiastic toddlers.

Materials
SUGGESTED FABRICS:
One foot (12 inches) of recommended body fabric. A fat quarter also provides enough fabric.
Body Fabric: medium weight cotton woven fabric
Face Fabric: scrap of wool or wool blend felt
Ear Fabric: kitty – scraps of pink cotton woven fabric, bear – scraps of brown cotton woven fabric
SUGGESTED NOTIONS:
Sweet Pants (view 1): pink embroidery floss, black embroidery floss, red embroidery floss
Mop Top Pants (view 2): 9 – 2 inch pieces of ¼ inch wide satin ribbon, pink embroidery floss, black
embroidery floss, red embroidery floss
Pointy Pants (view 3): approximately 30 inches of extra-wide rick rack, pink embroidery floss, black
embroidery floss, red embroidery floss
Silly Pants (view 4): 5 – 4 inch pieces of ¾ or 1 inch wide grosgrain ribbon, pink embroidery floss,
black embroidery floss, red embroidery floss
Bear Pants (view 5): pink embroidery floss, black embroidery floss, brown embroidery floss
Kitty Pants (view 6): pink embroidery floss, black embroidery floss, brown embroidery floss
All Views: wool batting (recommended) or polyfil stuffing
