I enjoy making these little cash/card holders. What surprised me was how much my friends enjoy using them.
Perfect size for gifting a Holiday gift card and just right for coffee break/lunch money.
When I design a pattern I try many different sizes, styles stitches etc. I must have made at least 50 of these. One of my crochet friends who does shows asked if she could sell them for me. They sold and she's asking for more.
This project is a winner. It takes less than 2 hours to make. Use any yarn, I prefer washable. cotton or acrylic yarns. I measured out 50 yards of yarn and these need less than 40 yards.
Easy stitches; Single Crochet and Chains. You can use one yarn from start to finish or use up several yarns. No need for a lining.
Approximate size; 4"wide by 3.5" tall, closed.
Great project to carry about to work, appointments, waiting for the kids after school.
Of course cute buttons look great on cute little purses.
Three page pattern with step photos. Downloadable pattern.
Thanks for shopping here.
