“Super easy! Instructions were great, very easy to make.”

This is a pattern that you are sure to love! It is simple and straightforward. You will receive 21 pages of a PDF pattern to your library or email. The Crayon Art Folio is a wonderful way to get your favorite young artist organized and excited about coloring and artwork. My kids use them at home and in the car. This is the perfect gift for a long car ride- add themed stickers to the beach or the mountains and you are set to go! Stock up to give as birthday gifts to friends, everyone is sure to love this present. Plus, this pattern comes with a bonus mini art folio that is half the size of the regular one!

It fits 12 crayons and a 5" x 8" pad of white paper. There is also 3 third pocket for stickers, scissors, or other artsy accessories! The crayon folio is 8 3/4" wide by 6 1/2" tall when closed. It features a velcro closure for easy opening and closing and grosgrain ribbon handles for carrying around and looking cute. You will need about 1/2 yard of fabric (mixed), medium weight interfacing, and cotton (or similar) batting.

*Note: These are downloadable instructions and patterns for making art folio. Since it is a download, a window will open to download and when you are signed into your user account at the time of purchase, it will also be located in the "My Library" section of your user account immediately after purchase.

You may sell items made from this pattern on a small handmade scale. Thanks!

I made this using the ribbon handles, and it worked up quick enough. I had a slight confusion over how the pattern pieces were to be cut- but it was fine. However, I cut my velcro to fit within the lines marking the outside edge of where the handles would go- and in hindsight I would extend the velcro all the way across, if it's held upside down or tipped sticker sheets or crayons can fall out. But I can tell that making my velcro longer would fix that problem.

Love how this comes together. Crayons and stickers fit perfectly. The paper slot is fair. I can sometimes find paper notebooks from the $1 store to fit in here. I've made one for each of my kids and for some friends too.

Great projects. Good instructions and photos. Easy for a beginner. I agree with other reviewer it is hard to find oaoer to fit it. Will try the bonus. Mini size next. Scratch pads should fit it.

This is really cute. It worked up easy. Directions were very simple to follow. My only regret is that it is not wont fit standard paper or a coloring book :-(...I will have to make my own pattern from this one.
