The Corabelle Bag is an original design by Rebeka Lambert. The idea for this bag came to me in my desire to have a curvy, largish bag that allowed me to play with different fabrics. The whole point in making your own bag is creative license to have fun, right? This pattern is simple enough for a beginner, but the different bag components give you the opportunity to mix up different fabrics to create a unique look. Ruffles, applique, covered buttons, fabric flowers - the choice is up to you! This bag features bottom darts, top pleats, a center panel on the front, an optional flap closure, and a slip pocket on the interior.
I just finished this bag. And I just Love It!! I never thought in a million years I could make and use a bag. The instructions are right on. Going to order some real nice fabric for my next one.
