It was a simple pattern to my 8 year old who normally wears a 10, I cut a 14 based on measurements and it was still too tight, unflatteringly so. Since a 14 is the biggest size, I can't just go up a size and if I expect to use the pattern I'll have to figure out a way to redraft it. Was hoping to use it for a skating I used a less expensive fabric before cutting up the expensive stuff. Plus, this pattern comes as a zip file, with separate PDFs inside it for instructions and patterns. If you use an iPad or a computer without unzip software, you will have to request to have the PDFs emailed to you, as I did. I have purchased several YCMT patterns and this was my first to come zipped. Just thought I would mention this.
