Size 0-3 months: 16" waist

Materials
• 1/2 yard fabric, cotton quilting fabric is the easiest to work with, but novelty fabrics such as Velboa(TM) or Minky(TM) can be used as well.
• 1 yard single fold bias tape
• 2/3 yard 1/4” elastic
• 2/3 yard 3/8” elastic
• Regular 8.5” x 11” printer paper and a printer
• Standard sewing equipment and supplies: sewing machine, scissors, pins, thread, etc.
