COTTON FABRIC VERSION:
¾ yard of main fabric for purse body, handle and purse bottom
5/8 yard of contrast fabric for inside and outside pockets
1/2 yard for bag lining and handle facing
1 yard lightweight batting
Heavy weight interfacing such as Stitch N Shape for bag bottom (2 pieces 10 1/2” x 8 1/2”) save scraps to put under magnetic snap
Optional: 1/2 yard purchased or handmade piping/bias binding for outside pocket edge & optional outer bag trim
If quilting outer pockets: Blue painters tape & machine walking foot to assist in quilting pockets

I wanted to make the denim bag but the directions are mostly for the fabric bag. There are no pictures only words to describe how to sew it together. It would have been nice to see how to lay out the pattern pieces over the jeans to get the correct look.
