For a Rectangle flag Happy Birthday sign you will need:
3/4 yd. fabric for flag fronts— Fabric A
3/4 yd. fabric for flag backs—Fabric B
1/2 yd. fabric for letters—Fabric C
2/3 yd. iron on adhesive such as WonderUnder®
1 pkg. or 3 yds. 7/8” double fold bias tape

Also needed are basic sewing tools such as: iron, scissors, sewing machine, pins, optional items such as a rotary cutter, mat and ruler are helpful.
