4 lovely beaded chokers in one pattern! The heart, flower, picot, and shell chokers sport pretty beads that are strung on the thread and then placed as the choker is crocheted. All chokers tie closed at the back of the neck.
US crochet terminology.
LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Intermediate
FINISHED SIZE: Chokers measure about 21-23” including ties used for closure.
GAUGE: 20 rows sc = 2”, 24 sc = 2”
STITCHES USED: Chain st (ch). Slip st (sl st). Single crochet (sc). Half double crochet (hdc). Double crochet (dc).
DMC Traditions size 10 crochet cotton: approximately 20 yds of Ecru for each choker;
Steel crochet hook size 7 or size needed to obtain gauge;
6 mm beads in the following amounts:
- Picot Choker: 40 beads
- Flower Choker: 118 beads with at least 6 of the same color for flower center
- Heart Choker: 19 beads of the same color
- Shell Choker: 9 beads of the same color
