Very easy pattern. I'm still new to sewing with swim lycra and found that handing all the layers while attaching the yoga band to the shorts was very difficult and slippery but once I got the hang of it, I was on a roll. The pattern was easy to alter and add extra room for my pregnant belly. I also added two inches to the bottom for more leg coverage. It did far better in the water than my homemade pattern for the top. Next spring I'll buy the Bahama Mama Colorblock top to compliment it.

This was a quick pattern to make. I like how the lining is added. That was new and different for me. Loved having this for a water park visit.
