Description
Repurpose a man's tie to create unique flower brooches. Instructions to create a flower with cotton fabrics are included as well. The rose style is a traditional chic accessory and extremely easy to make. Handcraft by twisting, turning and hand stitching each tie or fabric strip to create the rose look. Flower sizes will vary depending upon the tie's width and length. Go green and receive numerous compliments. Can be worn as a brooch, hat or purse accent or embellish your favorite jacket or tee!!

Materials
Medium Tie Flower
• 36” of narrow end of a ready made tie
• One 2” circle of coordinating felt for backing
• One 2” pin back
Large Tie Flower
• One man’s tie (ready made)
• One 3 1/2" circle of coordinating felt for backing
• One 2” or 3” pin back
Medium Fabric Flower
• Pattern piece (provided)
• 1/8 yard of 44” wide fabric (2 1/2" x 36”)
• 1/8 yard of 44” wide fabric for lining
(2 1/2" x 36”)
• One 2 1/2" circle of coordinating felt for backing
• One 2” pin back
