The FLEURETTE is designed with an extra-wide waistband for a stomach flattering look that can be worn at or just above the waistline-without having to squish the tummy! Wear with a wide belt for even more flattery.
An economical pattern that uses very little fabric and can be any length, unlike many traditional skirts. Bubble skirt has a smooth and seamless finish—no need for tacky elastic bottoms. Professional lining design of both skirts will look like they were made by a expert seamstress! Yet it's so easy to make you'll want to make a collection for all your outings!
Pattern includes instructions for both the Bubble Skirt and the straight Summer Skirt.
Pattern sizes (waist size):
X-Small (23-24"), Small (25-26"), Medium(27-28"), Large (29-30") (you can alter pattern for additional sizes, if needed)
Difficulty: Easy-Intermediate
Materials (more details included in pattern):
- 2” wide elastic
- Main fabric: any lightweight fabric—cotton, satin, light linen, etc.
- Lining: lightweight muslin, polyester static-free lining, or any lightweight fabric
