After wasting one too many afternoons trying in vain to decipher a complicated sewing pattern for a simple item, Lisa Gay decided to create her own patterns instead. After that decision, sewing went from a sometimes frustrating hobby to a fun obsession. Lisa now resides happily amid ever-growing piles of fabric with her understanding husband and two (soon to be three) daughters.
