Use the worsted weight yarn of your choice. I used Peaches N Crème, worsted weight, 4ply 100% cotton yarn in 2.5 oz/70.9g balls
For the Sweater Vest
Main Color: Light Blue 2 (3, 3, 4) balls
Beige 1 (1, 1, 2) balls
Brown 1 (1, 1, 2) balls
For the Appliqué
One ball each of : Orange, Red, White, Black
Size G crochet hook (OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE)
Size F or smaller crochet hook for appliqué
Large-eyed blunt needle (yarn needle)
3 large green buttons
3 tiny black buttons
5 (give or take) random, multicolor buttons
Sewing needle
Thread
Stitch marker
