Description
McKensie Dress Pattern in child sizes 1 through 6 is a jumper style dress with a pocket and front band. This dress is designed so that sewers can be creative with fabric choices, trims and embroidery for a unique look.
Materials Required:
Yardage for 45” wide (114.3 cm) fabric without nap.
Bodice & Pocket Skirt Straps and Front Band
Size 1 ¼ yd (22.86 cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
Size 2 ¼ yd (22.86 cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
Size 3 ¼ yd (22.86 cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
Size 4 ¼ yd (22.86 cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
Size 5 ¼ yd (22.86 cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
Size 6 ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm) ½ yd (45.72cm)
NOTE: This dress uses very little fabric so you may have scraps that the front band, straps, pocket and bodice can be cut from. The front band can be cut from the width of a fabric scrap if the design is not directional.
Finished measurement (approximate measurements because straps can be adjusted)

This is another one of my favorite go to patterns. I love the retro gogo feel it has about it. I also love that my daughter can wear them with shirts underneath in the cooler months and they cover enough that she can go without in the warmer months. Adorable!

Love the ability to use minimal amounts of fabric. Cleaning out a fabric stash and scraps is very easy with pattern.

Very adorable dress! Like how scraps can be used to make this dress. Made several for my child as well as others and love how different combos of fabric can be used to personalize this dress. Very easy instructions to follow, great for a novice.
