Karen Capri Pants and Halter Top
Description
This halter top and capri outfit is great for those warm summer days. The lined halter top ties at the neck and back and has a ruffle along the front. Because of the way it is made, you could wear it on either side.
The pants are basic and easy to make capri pants that will become a favorite with or without the halter top.

I just made this darling outfit in one evening for my Grand-daughter Sofie. It came out soooo cute! I can't wait to see it on her. My only regret with this pattern is that it only goes to size 4, (which is her size) wish it had gone to 6 or 8. I'll be making several of them while I can. Great directions, easy to make.
