This is a UNISEX PATTERN - it will make both the girls and boys vests shown in the photos.

Simple instructions and lovely color photos. Perfect for girls and boys. The options are endless for this three-season favorite!

7 sizes included - 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS*:
All sizes require 2/3 yard exterior fabric and 2/3 yard lining.
*Suggested exterior fabrics include medium weight cotton, light corduroy, decorator fabrics. Light cottons and heavy fabrics not recommended for exterior. Suggested lining fabrics include lightweight faux fur, spa fleece, minky, chenille.

NOTIONS:
Optional - one or more buttons (can use a covered button kit), thin hair elastic(s).

SUPPLIES:
Tape, thread, scissors, iron, ironing board, ruler/straight edge, measuring tape, pins

I struggled with it also. I ended up just making a fur vest cut by pattern pieces provided, and not lining it.

I struggled with this patter. I made it about a year ago and I found the instructions unclear in some areas. The finished product pictured is adorable and I was disappointed in the results
