“Very easy to make. I made pants and shorts in one day. They have a nice fit for cloth nappies as well as sposies.”

The Active Classics Everyday Pants and Shorts by Ginger Baby is one pattern that you will use over and over again.

Use for babies, toddlers, little kids, big kids and even tweens! Designed to fit both boys and girls. Make comfy everyday pants and shorts. Sew up a pair in an hour!

This is a great pattern for beginners new to knit - think of it as a toolkit to get you started with sewing knit fabric. All you need is a sewing machine with at least a zig-zag stitch and a ballpoint needle. Twin needle recommended for a professional looking waistband. Have no fear! This pattern will walk you through every step and is a super fun project.

For babies, Active Classics will fit over both cloth and disposable diapers.

Professionally drafted and graded pattern pieces - they go together flawlessly and all you need is one master to make both shorts and pants!

Pants have separate front and back rises - you'll only have to cut out two leg pieces and two cuffs. Easy peasy!

I made a pair of sweat pants for a new born baby. The only hard part for me was making the bottom part of the pants. Not so much of the patterns fault, but so hard when working on baby clothes!!! I will make a much larger pair next time and will probably be happier than I am now! ;).
