A very disappointing pattern! The way the paper pattern pieces go together is very confusing, you have to rotate many pieces and constantly refer back to one hard to read image on the pattern to work it out (it would have been easier for the author to have simply included extra pieces to print!). Some of the steps are poorly explained, hard to understand and the photos sometimes being of little help. I have made many pinafores/shift dresses and this was the worst pattern I have ever used. I went up a size to size 4 (my daughter wears a 3 but I wanted it to fit her next year as well) and the back pieces don't even come close to meeting making the dress unwearable! I am now having to spend my time unpicking in order to insert 2 side panels which will hopefully salvage my material and effort. I would not recommend this pattern to anyone (please note I tried to contact the author directly however she will only accept Facebook messages and I don't have a Facebook account).

LOVE the size range on this one!!! This was super easy and quick to sew up!!! I need to remember to add length for my daughter, though, because she has LONG legs and a LONG torso. I will definitely be using this pattern many more times!!!
