At the end of checking out, we present a receipt page that has download links on it that you can use to download your purchases. We also send you an email with the download links in it. Finally, if you have a free account with us and are signed in at purchase, we automatically place your downloads in a special "My Library" section you can access online (there are other cool things you can do with an account too, like earn purchase points and maintain a wishlist).
Note: We do not ship physical products to you. All orders on YouCanMakeThis.com are download only.
Some email providers will incorrectly flag your order email with the download link as SPAM when we send it to you. When this happens, it may automatically be sent to a folder for unwanted email. These folders are often labeled "Spam", "Bulk", etc.
If you did not receive your order email, check to see if has been sent to your Spam folder. If it has, contact your email provider to find out what to do so that emails from YouCanMakeThis.com do not go to this folder in the future. Our system always automatically sends order emails for successfully processed orders.
Note: You don't have to rely on email to get your orders from YouCanMakeThis.com! As described above, you will be presented download links immediately after ordering on your receipt page. Also, if you order while signed in to your account, your purchases will be in your library.
When you use PayPal to pay for your order at YouCanMakeThis.com, you will leave our site and go to PayPal to complete your payment. After you complete payment at PayPal, you will automatically be redirected back to YouCanMakeThis.com to complete your purchase.
On rare occasions, something will interrupt the connection between PayPal and YouCanMakeThis.com so that the order fails to complete processing. In these cases, payment will be completed at PayPal, but the delivery options detailed above may not happen. If this happens to you, do not worry - we can easily correct it!
To correct a problem PayPal order, use the form on the Contact Us page. In the "Regarding" field, select "Problem with a PayPal Order". Enter the date of your purchase, the YouCanMakeThis.com Order Number (listed as Invoice Number in PayPal), and your PayPal transaction ID. We will correct the problem in the system and your order will then be delivered as detailed above.
If you experience a delivery problem after paying with a credit card, use the form on the Contact Us page. In the "Regarding" field, select "Problem with an Order (Not PayPal)". Enter the date of your purchase, the YouCanMakeThis.com Order Number, and any other information you can provide about your order, such as items purchased. We will correct the problem in the system and your order will then be delivered as detailed above.
