Sizes that can be made: 6mo-18mo, 2/4, 4/6, and 8/10

Final measurements:

6-18mo: 10" long 14-16" waist
2/4: 12" long, 16-19" waist
4/6: 15" long 20-24" waist
8/10: 18" long 24-26" waist
