I had the privilege of creating this skirt for Heather Bailey's article in the April/May 2008 issue of Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion magazine. This skirt has the best of everything! It's fun and twirly while being luxurious and lady-like at the same time.
This pattern is for sizes 2-6 (but can easily be accommodated for taller children). The finished length is 12 inches for a 2 year old up to 16 inches for a 6 year old. It requires slightly over around 1 yard of fabric for the largest size (depending on the version you choose) and just over 1 yard of lining fabric as well. The smaller sizes require less. You may also wish to have 4 colors of embroidery floss if you choose to embroider the ruffle (pattern and instructions included).
This ebook includes 25 pages of instructions with 45 color pictures and detailed drawings.

This pattern is for the use of the purchaser only and is not to be shared without the express permission of the designer. It is not for mass production, however, the purchaser may create individual garments to sell.
