Flouncy Skirt/Skort - has a circular skirt that is perfect for twirling round and round on the ice or the dance floor. It is surprisingly easy to make, and is absolutely perfect for embellishing with applique or embroidery designs. The curved edges can be adorned with fun trims like rick-rack, pom-poms, eyelet, and even fun fur.

Gathered Skirt/Skort - perfect for parties, dances, and holiday gatherings. Ite can be made with one, two, or even three tiers of soft, beautiful ruffles. For formal attire, choose rich satins, sumptuous silks, and shimmery taffetas. For more casual, everyday playwear, go with soft, durable fabrics in fun prints.

Materials:
Notions - thread, straight pins, 3/4" wide elastic for waistband (1/2" for dolly), 1/4" wide elastic for leg openings (Skorts with Bloomers only).
Fabric - 1-3 yards, depending on size, style, and options
