Create a fun hat to keep warm in!
This pattern and instructions walk you through the assembly of fun and easy-to-make animal hats in sizes newborn through youth. You can easily adapt the pattern for adults too. Once you have the basic pattern down, you can create a limitless array of creative variations.

Materials needed
• 1/4 yard main color polyester fleece (58"-60" wide); cowhide-print fleece if making cow hat. This amount will make up to 3 hats.
• Scraps of fleece for ears and horns
• Polyester thread (recommended)
• Regular 8.5" x 11 printer paper and a printer; standard sewing equipment and supplies
Sizes that can be made: infant through youth 8

0-3 months: 15"
3-12 months: 17"
1-3 years: 18.5"
2-6 years: 20"
4-8 years: 21"
